Director’s bio

Born in 1980, in Lausanne, Isabelle MAYOR is a director and a programmer. In 2005, after a master’s degree in sociology and journalism at the University of Friborg (Switzerland), she began her career as an editor. During the 64th Cannes Film Festival, she won a BeaumarchaisSACD grant and was rewarded with the mention of the creation jury during the writing marathon of the scriptwriters festival in Valences. In 2012, she produced “Stag in Hong Kong”.
Programmer for the European Medium-Length Film Meetings, the Brive Festival, Isabelle MAYOR is also a member of ACiD. She was a juror at the 65th Locarno International Film Festival for the short film section (Pardi di domani).
